Overview:
Izif.com is an online music school for learners across the Middle East, needed a full UX/UI redesign of its mobile app to create a more modern, more engaging learning experience.
Old design
The previous design suffered from information density and a poor visual hierarchy. Essential lesson details were buried under tabs, and the overall layout was cluttered and disjointed. This created cognitive friction, forcing users to spend energy navigating the UI instead of focusing on the lesson content.
Design System
Onboarding
From signup to subscription, the new flow makes starting easy and motivating. Clear options, personalized instrument selection, and a transparent plan overview turn first-time visitors into engaged learners within minutes.
Home That Adapts
The redesigned home screen gives regular users a focused view on their active courses, while new users see clear paths to start learning with curated categories and featured lessons.
The new explore flow makes finding the right course simple and intuitive. Users can filter by instrument or skill level, with clear results and responsive feedback when no matches appear.
The My Courses page keeps progress front and center. Users can easily continue where they left off, track completed lessons, and stay motivated with a clear view of their learning journey.
Course details and playback were rebuilt for focus and flow. Clear lesson structure, progress tracking, and distraction-free video playback help users stay engaged and learn seamlessly.
The redesigned sheet viewer lets users follow along with precision. Clean layouts, easy zoom.
